Doug graduated from VCU. Became “Ad Man of the Year” and was recognized by Ad Week as having one of the three top creative agencies in the Southeast. He was elected to the Granby High School Hall of Fame, the Head Start Hall of Fame and the Virginia Communications Hall of Fame. He has a phenomenal wife, three great kids, two ugly dogs, “Masai Warrior Beads” and a “Fire in the Gut” award (given to him by his Seal Team PT instructor for being too stupid to quit).
